Lenovo Yoga Pen Not Working
I recently purchased the Lenovo Yoga 720 which came with a Active Pen 2 stylus.
The 13-inch Yoga 730 with Lenovo Active Pen 2 included starts at €999 (VAT included) and the 15-inch model with Lenovo Active Pen 2 included starts at €1,099 (VAT included). The 14-inch Yoga 530 costs around €549 (VAT included). Lenovo yoga mousepad not working 2019, lenovo yoga 730 fingerprint problems, lenovo yoga 730 touch screen. So I have a Lenovo X1 Yoga, and recently the touchscreen display completely stopped. The screen works fine, just the touch bit that's broken. I also checked Device Manager, and under HID, I didn't see what looked like any touchscreen drivers.
If I double click on the top of the pen it takes me into whatever app I have it programmed to (so this bit works) but I can't write on the screen. I cant even calibrate it as when I touch the screen with the pen nothing happens. I can touch the screen with my finger and it seems to write fine.. just cant get the stylus to work... Suggestions please.
Is this a good question?

Did you manage to solve this issue? I have the exact same issue with my Yoga 720. It pairs with the laptop and the button activates apps but it does not recognise the pen strokes.
Funny enough I just had the AAAA batteries in the wrong way but I had the Bluetooth battery in correct. The pen doesn't display the +/- sign all to well so try flipping the AAAA battery around. I hope this helps
I have tried everything I can think of, for the yoga 920. I have 2 of the active pen 2 and neither of them work. It works fine with my finger but not with the pen. I've tried using the windows 10 settings, I've tried downloading the app, downloading a new driver, rotating the battery, calibrating - but it won't calibrate. It pairs with the blue tooth no problem but it will not write on the screen at all

Bamboo Pen Not Working Lenovo Yoga
Problem
When attempting to use the built in camera on a Lenovo laptop the camera does not work. Instead of seeing the image from the camera you see an image with a grey background and a white camera with a cross through it.
The same image is seen with all applications.
Solution
This strange little issue appears to be a bug with the Lenovo software – through no intervention from the user the camera has become disabled through the “privacy” setting and needs to be re-enabled.
Thinkpad X1 Yoga Pen Not Working
To re-enable the camera (using Windows 8 or Windows 8.1):
- Press the Windows button to open the start screen
- Type ‘lenovo’ to search for the Lenovo software
- Click on the icon for ‘Lenovo Settings’
- Click on the ‘Normal’ button
- If it’s already set to ‘Normal’ – click ‘Private’, apply the changes, then switch back to ‘Normal’ again and apply the changes.

If these instructions didn’t help you, you could try …
1. Updating the Lenovo Settings Dependency Package software.
Lenovo Yoga Pen Not Working On Pc
To do this you’ll need to go to the Lenovo website, search for your model of Lenovo and download and install the Lenovo Settings Dependency Package software. Voicemeeter banana surround sound.
After this has been done repeat the instructions above.
2. Uninstalling the Lenovo Settings Dependency Package software
This is moderate risk – you may find that some hardware stops working correctly or that you need to use the software to manage settings, but cannot due to it being uninstalled. Having said this, on my Lenovo laptop I do not use this software (for both Windows 8/8.1 and Windows 10) with no issues at all.
- To uninstall the software click on the Windows button on your keyboard,
- type ‘programs and features’ when you see it appear in the list – click on it.
- Search for “lenovo settings” select it from the list and click uninstall.
- Restart and the camera should be working again.
