Guild Wars 2 Mirror Mirror

Mirror, Mirror is a level 16 Sylvari personal story mission. Larra offers to assist in obtaining a strange mirror, an ancient Orrian artifact, from the skritt. The skritt are amenable to handing over the mirror in exchange for fixing the golems to defend their homeland from the fire-monsters.

Speak with the skritt at Zinder Slope.

When you arrive you will see Carys, Tegwen, and Larra the Asura talking to Kispik the skritt trying to locate the mirror. Kispik will lead you into the skritt cave to find the mirror. First he will show you a statue, then a pile of dead golems.

After that, he will lead you deeper into the cave to the glazed mirror. Then Kipsik offers to give you the mirror if you fix the golems, so that the skritt can use the golems to fight off the 'fire creatures'. Pick up the Golem Body which is on the south side of the square near the mirror, then head back north to the pile of dead golems to find the other golem parts needed to fix them. Remember that holding down your 'control' key will make the labels show up on items you need to collect. As you find each part, take it to Larra next to the pile of dead golems.

The golem leg will be found in the tunnel north of the mirror, south of the pile of dead golems. You can get another golem part from the 'Part Carrying Skritt', who you will notice running around with a green star over his head. The Golem Arm is northeast of where Larra the Asura is standing. The golem body is south of the golems in the room with the Asura Tech-floor pieces.Once you have given all the parts to Larra, she will fix the golems and then say that she wants to use the golems to kill the skritt. Talk to the golems and select either might, fury, or protection. This is the buff that the golems will get for the forthcoming battle. Once you make this selection, it is time to attack the destroyers.

There will be a destroyer fissure to the north of where the dead golem pile was. First a wave of level 14 destroyer crablings will attack. After that there will be a wave of destroyer trolls. Then finally, you will face veteran destroyer trolls. These trolls will burn you, so you will probably need healing and a way to stop from burning to death. Ranged attacks will probably help too. They are also immune to fire, so don't go in expecting to burn them with your fire spells. If you watch closely, you will see a destroyer troll smacking Larra in the head repeatedly.

Next you are to go back south to the mirror, to help Tegwen examine it. Tegwen will look into the mirror. Then the mirror breaks and she is sucked into it. Naturally Carys is upset that her friend has gone missing again, and she asks the Valiant to decide how to get Tegwen back. You must choose which mission to do next, Carys's plan: A Vision of Darkness; or Larra's plan: Shattered Light.
